Social Media Strategy & Community Building
ReClaim It by Cracked Pots
ReClaim It is a community-centric art and environmental nonprofit where creativity meets sustainability—and where a diverse set of individuals come together for a shared cause.
As Communications Manager, my role goes beyond overseeing social media operations. I actively foster community engagement by crafting strategic narratives and ensuring our content speaks to the heart of our audience. This includes collaborating with the retail store’s social media lead to establishing a content calendar that not only promotes the organization’s offerings but also resonates with our community's values, aspirations, and concerns.
fall 2023 block pARTy & tarot workshop
ReClaim It's quarterly events are more than just celebrations—they're vibrant platforms for communal learning and connection.
For our 3rd annual Block pARTy, together with jonath ochs (event graphics and content calendar collaboration), I've integrated the mystical allure of Tarot and astrology—crafting a unique narrative for our community.
Our inaugural DIY Tarot Deck Creation workshop, launching at the Block pARTy, takes this a step further. Designed with inclusivity at its core, with this workshop we introduced an Access Scholarship Program for low-income participants, ensuring access to enriching experiences.
reclaim it – A Platform for Inclusivity and Outreach
Each social media post tells a story, reflecting our unwavering commitment to inclusion, community outreach, and artistic diversity.
From featuring the brilliance of Native artists and celebrating LGBTQ+ narratives to highlighting our co-sponsored artist residency programs, our social media presence is a vivid tapestry of community voices and initiatives.
agency writing & editing
In the dynamic realm of tech agency marketing, I took command of content strategy, always with a keen awareness of bridging the technical with the personal. Whether it was about AI or cloud computing, the heart of the message was always the impact on people and communities.
Within our own agency, our social media wasn't just a marketing tool—it was a reflection of the authentic, dedicated professionals working behind the scenes.
